Decent. Location is alright for parking. Lots of staff. Decent doctors. Yeah I mean I dont know what else to say. I had a minor injury. They got xrays there. Got a plan of recovery that made sense. Didn't have to wait too long. DECENT.

Unfortunately the decision to not support my sister after just one session is very disheartening. The session with Diane went very well in our opinion with some great suggestions to increase my sister's strength & then the next day only to be told Pure could not support her needs. Appreciative for her money being refunded but extremely disappointed at the lack of commitment by them for support. Seems they only want to deal with simple recovery vs extensive. After speaking with Diane it was clear to me her decision was not comprehensive enough & took the easy way out. My impression of Pure Lifestyle went from amazing to anger/disgust within 24 hours. **Updated based on your reply** Based on Diane's original assesstment & I quote "Our Kin's are not ready for you so therefore you will work with me one on one" she already had doubts that your minor clinic would meet my sister's needs but left a false hope with both of us this is the right place for her. If you really do have a "patient first" practice then you 100% missed the mark here. Also note that when I asked Diane where she recommends she did not suggest the public healthcare system but rather a non-profit closing at the end of June. She also felt that your equipment needs were not as extensive as this place which proves she has no clue or has not been there because you have 5 times the equipment as the non-profit. Sticking with minor injuries & not offering extensive one to one rehabilitation at over priced therapy sounds like a great business plan you have. Thank you for nothing & keep pushing everyone off your front door. Word of mouth is very powerful & I will ensure if anyone asks I will let them know of the incompetence of Pure Lifestyle....it's definitely Pure something.

My daughter visited the minor injury clinic today for the first time and got to know the team at Pure. What a great experience from the online booking, to the quick and on time care, followed by on site X-ray on and then left with a prescription for a brace. All done so smoothly and the best is, it’s accessible to ALL. Thank you again!

I did a VO2 max test with Evan and he was very professional. First time doing such a test and he explained everything thoroughly. The facility was excellent and the treadmill was in good condition. He spent some time after the test to explain the results and gave me some recommendations with my routine moving forward. Very happy with the entire process. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Elgazzar today for a MSK/ sport medicine consultation. 5 Stars! This was one of the most exemplary encounters I have had as a patient. Dr. Elgazzar took his time, he was thorough, he reviewed all my relevant history, my previous investigations and reviewed a thorough physical exam. His bedside manner is exceptional. His style and approach to care is consistent with the gold standard. Dr. Elgazzar, thank you. I will be sending you my loved ones and will follow up with you in the future if needed. -OJ

ER/injury doctor said out loud "I don't know how Ehlers danlos syndrome would affect an injury" then proceeded to argue against an MRI due to "risks". I'm a former pediatric nurse, the risks are almost none particularly in the context of an injury that has been affecting ability to walk for over 6 months. Ehlers danlos syndrome is a common connective tissue disease every competent ER physician should be familiar with. Staff are highly unprofessional and chose to mock me, an adult with autism and ADHD, due to coming at the wrong time for the appointment. Overall terrible experience. Not a safe space for those with disabilities or common health conditions.

***TOP 1 WINNIPEG'S BEST MEDICAL CLINIC HANDS DOWN - YOU NEED TO GO HERE*** After waiting 11 hrs + at the local public hospital ERs all day yesterday, only to have a result of take pain meds & no we have no x-ray available, this place was a breathe of fresh air. Called this morning around 950am for my mom's leg injury, she had fallen on snow over ice 24 hrs before, we got an available time slot for 1040am, we arrived, staff was amazing to helping assist my mom, a special thank you to the blonde woman at the front desk, I didnt catch her name, but you know who you are if you do see this, helping me assist my mom, thank you. We got to see Dr Scott Arnould who was deeply genuinely kind & considerate to us, we got x-rays, a leg assessment and out of there in less than 2 hours, superb & efficient work ethic beyond what I thought it was going to be like. A deep gratitude for Dr Scott as well! PROS - one stop shop for all medical issues, they have physio & a training facility in the same building complex, the one we went to was the medical clinical side - tons of parking - cleanliness - super efficient staff CONS - absolutely none IF THE PUBLIC HOSPITAL WAIT IS TOO LONG, JUST GO HERE!

Found Pure Medical through the province’s Minor Injury Clinic page when my kid suddenly developed a full body rash. Managed to book a walk in appointment online for her within a couple of hours of school calling me to pick her up. Dr Scott was so friendly and reassuring and answered all my kids’ questions. I really appreciated being able to see a professional so quickly.

Leaving a review because the clinic is ghosting me. Originally met with Rebecka, Dayna, and Dr Warrich all were very friendly, proceeded with a procedure that i paid for out of pocket in July 2025 that left me with severe complications and pain, Spoke to Dr Burnon and Dr Warrich the same evening and they offered some medication for the following day to alleviate some of the issues, but it did not help. Ended up in the emergency room for 4 days and had to have 2 surgeries within 24 hours to find the issue and fix it. I was told to speak to Daryl Hurrie going forward to discuss some options and he said he would look into and get back to me. its been 3 months of silence and i have inquired again with him and Rebecka and have been met with no response. i was supposed to have a follow up with Dr. Warrich over the phone and that was canceled without my knowledge as well. The clinic is now ghosting me and i feel more like a pay cheque than a person at this point. Horrible and traumatizing experience.

I cannot recommend Matthew Short highly enough. This was my very first time ever seeing a physiotherapist, and I am so grateful that it was Matthew who guided me through this important chapter of recovery. After breaking my arm, I was worried I would never regain proper function. But with Matthew’s expertise, patience, and encouragement, I have now regained about 80–90% of my arm function—something I once thought impossible. Matthew is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in his profession, but he also takes the time to explain every step, making sure you understand the process and feel supported along the way. He is professional, compassionate, and genuinely committed to helping his patients heal and thrive. If you are ever in need of physiotherapy, look no further. Matthew will not just help you recover physically—he will walk beside you through the whole journey with care and dedication. Without a doubt, if I ever need physiotherapy again, I will return to him. Matthew is truly a gift to his profession and to every patient fortunate enough to be under his care.
