“I was so glad to find out I could learn more about my bike and fit from a registered physio! I was on the waitlist for a while but the Intrinsi staff made it super easy to get on the waitlist and confirm when I got an appointment. “This was my first time doing a bike fit and Mark was excellent. He took the time to understand my specific context (including physicality, limitations, concerns, goals) and to explain the relevant considerations. He then used that in conjunction with the live data stream (from sensors connected to me) and my feedback to make the adjustments on the fly. “What a wonderful experience! I won a complimentary massage at a local night market and booked with Rihana, and it was exactly what I needed. After a long weekend and a hectic Monday, I was feeling exhausted and carrying a lot of tension. “I used the physiotherapy service to have my bike properly fitted by Spencer Potz. The experience was incredible. It was very thorough and the equipment and knowledge I gained was significant. I cannot believe it took me so long to make this investment in my health. He gave great advice on my bike setup but also complimentary health items like stretches for my own unique situation and how to adjust our exercise bike at home.
