About Xiao

Bobo graduated from the Applied Human Nutrition program at University of Guelph in 2015, followed by completion of an accredited dietetic internship at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. She is currently registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario and has many years of clinical nutrition experience, currently working as a Registered Dietitian at Mackenzie Health Richmond Hill Hospital. Bobo specializes in evidence-based nutrition management of various chronic and acute health conditions; maintains a client-centred approach to providing nutrition care. Practicing dietetics perfectly combines her passion for food, science and the desire to help others. With her experiences and skillsets she can help you attain your nutritional goals, build a better relationship with food, and make sustainable lifestyle changes to improve your overall health. Outside of practicing dietetics, Bobo enjoys an active lifestyle through exercising, and playing volleyball and spikeball. When she is not being active, Bobo enjoys reading and going on various food tours around the city with her family and friends. Bobo speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.
