“I heard about Waku, a fantastic physiotherapist through family who had great results with him. Have visited on a number of times now both for physio treatment and massage due to MVA. Always a friendly service and always sort out my aches and pains. Really excellent, effective treatment, absolutely recommended. Yuki is an amazing massage therapist and I have been fortunate to have had her treatments. Her knowledge of massage and pressure points make her massages very therapeutic. “My physician recommended I seek a licensed physiotherapist for my condition. A Google search of physiotherapists near me yielded a list of practitioners within a 15 km radius. Only one within a 10 to 12 minute drive had a 5 star rating. Atlas Physiotherapy and Health was the one. Arthur Cheung, MPT, an employee, has been assigned to me for the last 4 visits. He was easy going and knowledgeable. Each visit resulted in a new exercise. During Arthur’s vacation, one of the owners, Henry Chan will be my physiotherapist to continue my rehabilitation towards 100% functionality. “I have been going here for the last couple of months for my ankle injury. Waku has been my physiotherapist. He is an excellent professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very understanding Physiotherapist. He suggested many different methods of treatment for a quick recovery. “My daughter sprained her ankle during gymnastics two months ago, and we were lucky to find Emily at Atlas on a Sunday when many places were closed. Emily was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and caring. She guided my daughter step by step through the recovery process and showed us exactly how to do the exercises at home. As my daughter improved, Emily gradually added strengthening exercises to rebuild her ankle safely. Today she has graduated! Emily also shared many helpful tips for protecting and strengthening the ankle going forward. We’re so grateful to have met such an experienced physiotherapist. “My experience at Atlas Physio has been nothing short of transformative. I have been dealing with postpartum lower back/sciatica pain which worsened after sustaining another injury. I came across the clinic and booked an urgent appointment with Henry, who turned out to be a literal angel that brought me closer to a better and stronger version of myself. From the initial assessment, Henry really took the time to understand my situation and developed a detailed treatment plan tailored to my needs after identifying the underlying issues. During each session, Henry pays close attention to my progress and brings his expertise through a hands-on therapeutic approach. Recently, Henry also addressed a separate neck issue, and I felt much better after just a few sessions. I was hesitant to try acupuncture in the beginning but Henry’s empathetic efforts and attentiveness always made the treatment experience much more comfortable. In between visits, the personalized rehab and strength conditioning exercises he provided maximized my recovery journey and made me feel more empowered.
