Physiotherapist & Hand Therapist
Paulina Undurraga is a UBC graduate of the Physical Therapy Program and Certified Hand Therapist from 2003 to 2019. She’s been working as a clinician in Metro Vancouver for 20+ years. Paulina has extensive experience in both private practice and public health in the areas of musculoskeletal, hand therapy, pulmonary rehabilitation, chronic pain and creating and developing group therapy programs. Since 2011 Paulina has provided mentorship to UBC’s physiotherapy students through tutoring and lecturing. Her interests include health education, exercise prescription, promotion of mind-body practices and self-management. In addition, Paulina has completed complimentary certifications as a Facilitator for Provincial Violence Prevention Curriculum and a Certified Chair Yoga Teacher.
In her free time, Paulina loves to hike. In the spring of 2023, Paulina completed the Camino Ingles, one of Spain’s well-known pilgrimage walks and in 2024 a pilgrimage in Japan called the Kumano Kodo.
