“Yesterday, July 23rd 2026, I had an intensive physiotherapy session with Sid Raddalgoda. I was impressed from the moment I walked into the clinic. The personnel is friendly and welcoming. The place is clean and well organized. Sid was on time, patient, and showed support and professionalism throughout our session. I came out of the session feeling cared for, and was encouraged to continue working with the issues around my sore shoulder. I plan to do the exercises he suggested in order to get my full strength back, asap. Thank you Sid, and Westside Physiotherapy for a much appreciated visit.”Read moreShow less

“This review is long overdue. I had De Quervain’s tenosynovitis starting in May 2025 and saw Ryan from July to November. The swelling and clicking improved after wearing the splint he made for me and staying on top of the physio exercises he gave me. By the time I finished physio, I still couldn’t fully do a 👍 gesture without a bit of pain and by May 2026 that pain had completely resolved. I’m fully recovered now and never ended up needing surgery. Huge thanks to Ryan and the clinic for helping me get there.”Read moreShow less

“I am really happy that I have treatment in this clinic, and that my hand therapist is Lauren von Bulow. She has a lot of knowledges, she explained me how everything works in arm, provided me recovery plan with exercises. The condition of my arm is smoothly improving day by day. I highly recommend Lauren von Bulow.”Read moreShow less

“My experience with Westside Physiotherapy & Hand Clinic fell well below acceptable standards due to the various treatments they had provided. I initially booked an appointment with Nathan for a full prognosis from a hand injury -This was a charge of $145 dollars. Nathan informed me that my symptoms was trigger finger. I already explained that I am on a booking list for a cortisone injection through my family doctor, and we know this already... Nathan then told me I am a candidate for treatment through their clinic to provide relief in the mean time. The onsite splint Nathan produced was terrible/dread. It was basically a small plastic tube cut in half with a kinesiology sports tape strap that shredded after 4 days. The second treatment cost me an additional $100 dollars and all that they did was provide some general information with how to do hand exercises, and made up an additional onsite splint that was really not that much better....The information I was receiving at this point between the therapists seemed conflicting... Their was absolutely no relief at this point....and each splint made onsite was costing me $10 dollars. On the 3rd booking, which cost me another $100 dollars, Nathan then informed me that the ultra sound provided was a 5% recovery, and the other forms of treatments were likely minimal relief as well. Nathan also told me they do (Not) do manual physiotherapy on the hand? Why didn't he inform me of this from the start? It wasn't until Trevor, who I believe is the founder, stepped in after I complained to him that I am not happy with the treatments so far as nothing was really being done other than making up multiple splints onsite that were poorly constructed. Trevor took over and provided a few additional treatments at no charge which was making the symptoms worse... Trevor also made several onsite splints that either didn't fit properly, irritated my hand, or shredded after 3-4 days. Trevor also tried to show Nathan how to provide manual therapy on the hand? I was under the impression that this was a (Specialized Physiotherapy Clinic)that were well trained with these sorts of hand injuries? At that point, I cancelled all future treatments with this clinic as there was no relief and I was out of pocket almost $400 dollars for a pile of sub standard splints that ended up in the garbage.... I received a message from Trevor after canceling future appointments, and Trevor said that they tried, and that I need cortisone injection? We already knew this from the prognosis that I paid $145 dollars. I feel this primarily generated a quick profit rather than providing genuine value, and I am very disappointed with Westside Physiotherapy and Hand Clinic.”Read moreShow less

“Very knowledgeable, attentive and personable professional, working with great attention to details. He created a custom splint for my 13 year old daughter with very complex injury in her hand just a week after the surgery. The custom fit and the execution of the splint was outstanding. His instructions for home care were also very clear. Highly recommended.”Read moreShow less

“Nathan and all the staff were awesome/welcoming. I hand wrist injury from work (April 2024) that wasn't feeling like it was ever going to get better. Nathan was patient with me and gentle on days that I would be more tender/sore. He made braces for my wrist so that I could still work within my restrictions and helped give me confidence that it would get better over time through strengthening the muscles back up. So glad I was recommended to you by WCB hand surgeon. Thank you sooooo much Westside Physiotherapy for your awesomeness!!!!”Read moreShow less

“Highly recommend Alp Ertung 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 He will listen👍 During our long first session, I mentioned various issues however small they might be. He understood the connection between the issues and came up with a treatment plan👍 He helped me with various tightened fascia and I feel much more balanced😊 I am so grateful for his ability❤️ He seems to use just necessary amount of force to get the job done. (You can actually feel the tightness disappear while he works on you!) I have been to other fascia manipulation therapist in the past, but it was too harsh/painful to continue. The main reason I was referred to Alp was for stiff neck/shoulder/back, but after I mentioned my eczema, he took care of that, too 😱 I am amazed 🤩 Below is a short list of what he helped me with. -one-sided back pain -neck pain -altered sensation on my skin -dryness (foot, fingers, eyes, lower lip) -TMJ -tension on my facial skin -cellulite on hamstrings -gait (my knees are more straight) -tension in my foot -unbalance in my calves -lower abdominal tightness I also took a special notice after my 4th session, I felt so peaceful and I had reduced appetite. Also after my 5th session I had increased metabolism (felt more engaged muscles) and digestive system seems better. To sum up, Alp is an outstanding clinician I trust 100%👍”Read moreShow less

“This clinic is amazing. They have truly figured out everything. I cant remember a single bad experience. They really do well with the details. From everyone at the front desk to the therapists, its just incredible. The staffs are personable, warm yet very professional. I have been continuing my therapies here following a serious pedestrian accident since last 6 months and I cant thank my therapists enough. Heather, my vestibular therapist, was caring and knowledgeable. She approached my case in depth, referred to a special neuro doctor through my GP to identify the root cause, helped me manage my dizziness related symptoms and reinforce confidence. My special gratitude goes to Shirley who is a seasoned, empathetic and very experienced hand therapist. She is an expert. My hand was in really bad shape, and I can’t believe how well the therapies have worked, so much so that even my Orthopaedic surgeon is positively surprised. She deeply cares for her patients and creates a versatile therapy/care plan that is extremely effective. A big shout-out as well to the administrative and floor team - Daniela, Veronica, Juliana, Kyle, Justin, Michael, and Michelle - who are so organized, prompt, and responsive. Among the many things they do, they take care of your scheduling needs seamlessly. I don’t know the rest of the team members by name, but I am sure everyone who works here is equally kind and talented. If you are looking for a therapy clinic, I strongly recommend this clinic. You can confidently trust them to take care of you. I have no doubt that you will feel well supported throughout your journey and be extremely happy with the care you receive. I requested extended sessions (45 minutes instead of 30 minutes), and I recommend that as well. Wishing you all the best.”Read moreShow less

“Shirley Wang is a miracle worker! I have thoracic outlet syndrome which has led to malformation of, and lack of strength in, my hands. I was told by the diagnosing neurologist that there was nothing that could be done to improve my present condition, even with surgery.....HOWEVER Shirley and her team of colleagues are working their magic. The custom braces they make (on-site and for a very reasonable cost I might add) for me have been a god-send - I have regained strength and mobility because of them and the guidance I receive from Shirley. I HIGHLY recommend Westside Physiotherapy for your consideration. From the moment you walk in the door, you'll receive a positive, welcoming, and informed experience!”Read moreShow less
