I have been helping people through my physiotherapy practice since 2013.
My treatment is centered around education, manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. My assessments are individualized and comprehensive addressing neurological, psychosocial, environment specific and environmental factors. I believe that physiotherapy treatment should be individualized and used as a tool to help individuals return to meaningful activity. I empower patients to actively participate in their rehab.
I am continuously pursuing professional development opportunities. Recently I have studied the thoracic ring approach, the nervous system and vestibular rehab.
