Payment can be made via e-transfer to nelliedow@gmail.com or by credit card. I will help you with this as needed. You will be issued a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider. I am not submitting claims to 3rd party insurers at this time.

If you need to cancel an appointment please email me at nowphysiosmithers@gmail.com or call 250-643-0915. 36 hours notice is required to cancel appointments to allow me to offer this time to another client. Starting Feb 1st 2026, A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for no shows. If you are sick please let me know as soon as possible.

Assessment 60 minutes $150 Follow up 30 minutes $85 Follow up 45 minutes $115 Follow Up 60 minutes $145 Now Physio is currently open to treat clients Thursday’s 8:00 am -4:30 pm. Please book your appointment using this online system. If you would like help booking or have questions you can contact Nellie by phone 250-643-0915 or e-mail nowphysiosmithers@gmail.com. We are located at 1057 King Street, the space is shared with The Outdoor Clinic. You will see The Outdoor Clinic sign outside the door. Please wear or bring comfortable clothing to your appointment. Choose clothing that will allow us to look at the area of injury. Ex. tank tops for shoulders and shorts for knees, ankles and feet. Thank you for booking.
