About Lindsey

I have always been interested in the amazing things our bodies are capable of. Along with being a registered massage therapist, I teach yoga and am also a birth doula. It brings me joy to support people in staying active through all stages in life! I spend most of my spare time with my family. We love to be fully immersed in nature - camping, biking, hiking, running, rock-collecting. My kids are my greatest motivation!
