“Melissa has a strong intuitive sense of what is needed to assist the NAET program to eliminate allergies. She is exceptionally thorough. “I’ve been fortunate to work with Dr. Melissa through acupuncture, NAET and cupping to address different health issues over the past five years. She meets her patients where they’re comfortable in their health journey and helps you to understand the building blocks of the treatment plan. Most recently, Melissa has been treating my seasonal allergies. I was especially struggling with snow mould. “I started seeing Dr. Melissa for NAET treatments to help me deal with quite a few allergies that I have had most of my life. Now that we have had a few treatments I am finding that I can eat foods that I haven't been able to eat in years, including cabbage and beans (without the stomach bloating, pain, and gas). To my surprise, in addition to being able to eat foods that I haven't eaten in years, I also realized that I could walk with bare feet on my hardwood and tile floors, which I haven't been able to do in years, because it hurt my feet. During the course of my NAET treatments Dr. Melissa also reduced the inflammation in my body so the bottoms of my feet and my joints don't hurt. In addition to helping me with my allergies and inflammation, I have also found Dr. Melissa to be an extremely knowledgeable, kind and caring Dr. of TCM. “I broke two toes and was in incredible pain and could barely hobble into the clinic (with a cane!). My nervous system was also impacted – I couldn’t speak coherently but didn’t need to as Melissa knew exactly what to do. Her gentle and careful administration calmed me down and reduced the pain significantly such that I could walk out of the clinic without the use of the cane! Melissa is gifted in the use of acupuncture but also in tune with the body’s subtle energies. She helped me heal myself. One of the qualities I’ve always appreciated about Melissa is her constant learning to increase her skills and knowledge. She obviously cares very much for her clients and dedicates much of her time to personal and professional development. She also is constantly imparting knowledge and information to help her clients learn an alternative approach to self care and healing. “I started seeing Melissa a few months ago for NAET treatments, I have previously had NAET treatments and have found great relief. When I went to Melissa I was have digestive issues that have always been classified as IBS. The difference is unbelievable, I feel so much better, but the weirdest thing was my eyes. Over the past few months my eyes have been wobbling, couldn’t focus, i had eye exam was told it was my glasses. So $500 later new glasses and no relief. One particularity bad day I had an appointment with Melissa, I casually mentioned how scared I was about my eyesight. She said well lets see what’s going on! Muscle tests and low and behold it came out as chemical ( Gasoline, Alcohol, Bleach) not surprising being as it seems we are all bathing in hand sanitizer. We decided that we that it was a priority and she treated me. Totally amazing, my symptoms disappeared. Mellissa is amazing, young,caring, personable and really good at what she does. “Melissa helped me with a tendon problem in my right arm, the problem had persisted for over a year I had many massage therapy sessions to solve it but each session only create some temporary relief, after just 2 acupuncture treatments with Melissa the problem was solved and has never returned. After this experience I have had numerous other acupuncture treatments and NAET treatments for back pain and allergies, now that I have experienced the quality of this health service it has become a part of a healthier lifestyle.
