With over twelve years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, I
offer treatments that blend therapeutic effectiveness with a calming,
spa‑inspired approach. My focus is to support you in reducing pain,
restoring ease of movement, and experiencing a grounded sense of
relaxation throughout your whole system.
Each session is shaped around your unique needs, whether you are
recovering from injury, navigating prenatal changes, or seeking a

Outside of practice, I stay connected to my own well‑being through an
active lifestyle with my family and our puppy. I love exploring Vancouver
Island—on land, in the ocean, and from the air—finding inspiration in the
beauty and movement of the natural world.
