“Shawn the Osteopath at Centered is phenomenal ✨️ I dont say that lightly. With just 2 sessions with him he has helped me immensely. After one session I felt almost as good as new. His cranial sacral work was so therapeutic. Plus he is just a cool human and I could chat with him for hours about his work.
