His diverse skill set includes Craniosacral Therapy (CST), RAPID, and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) Stretching. Each session is customized to the client’s needs and may incorporate techniques like dynamic or static cupping, muscle scraping, assisted stretching, and movement-based assessments to enhance effectiveness. Anthony’s approach is evidence-informed, functional, and movement-focused. This allows for ease of movement and access to targeted areas, supporting both comfort and effectiveness.
