“It was an amazing experience I had with Chanise. She starts off wanting to know your concerns and proceeds to wow you with her deep knowledge of her work. I felt great after it. If you are someone like me who sometimes prefer to enjoy the moment in be in my head space of silence. Well, I had one of those very memorable conversations with her. Heart warming and I totally enjoyed it. It was just the right amount of chatter but one that reminds me that we really do have sweet and loving people around us. “I have been going to get help with TMJ pain and have been seeing Anthony. The massage has been a huge help with my jaw pain and has provided relief, he has also been great and showing me exercises to do on my own and in between sessions. “I have chronic back pain due to a degenerative disease in my spine. Over the last couple years, I have been doing Chiropractic Treatments, Massage Therapy and Physiotherapy to minimize the pain. I would only get relief for a couple of days. I was recommended by a friend to try the NFR Treatment by Tara. I was getting desperate, and was willing to try anything. After my first treatment, I was pleasantly surprised that I went about 9 days without any issues. I have now had my second treatment and I feel great. I haven’t felt this good in years. “It was my first rapid NFR session so wasn't sure what to expect or if it was right for my condition, I have trapped nerves in my lower back leading to severe pain in my right leg if i stand to long. Pamela was super frienfly and went through all my medical history, which there is quite a bit of and explained what she was going to do and the benefits I would get. “I went into Justin in hopes that he would be able to decrease my discomfort and increase my range of motion because I am a fitness instructor. What I got was clarity into my situation. In one visit he knew what was going on with my body and after my session he emailed me some exercises to get started on my recovery. My knee is no longer throbbing, and I recognize that recovery is attainable. He has a great post follow up too asking questions like, 'are you experiencing pain doing the exercises', 'were you able to do all the reps' , etc. He keeps aware of your condition and your progress.
