“This was an amazing experience! I had hurt my back the beginning of March and was in still quite a lot of pain and just uncomfortable. I went not knowing what osteopathy was and if it would help but WOW! I walked out with my impacted hips and back and tummy ( which I didn’t realize was even an issue) released, I left and walked down the stairs- no pain, got into my car- no pain and no conscious effort, I just got in!! Not invasive or painful like sometimes a massage can be. Today my muscles are still a bit sore but no pain like I had before. I have been telling everyone lol I think I am in a bit of shock at how well it worked and how good I feel.
