As NS Public Health HAS LIFTED all restrictions in relation to Covid -19, we at Total Kneads STILL require and encourage all clients to remain home if feeling unwell in any way. As we work very closely with our clients and patients, a simple cold or flu bug can be easily transferred and we would love to remain healthy so we can continue to give the best care possible. We continue to make the clinic space a clean, comfortable, safe and inviting place for ALL, and are easing into this change as gracefully and with as much understanding and compassion as possible.

After injuring my back while nursing over 10 years ago, she was the first and only practitioner who made any impact on my health, and that impact was significant. “Unfortunately my entire experience with Total Kneads has been exceptionally unprofessional. Barely 8 hours before my appointment my masseuse emailed me from their personal email saying they need to cancel and offered me one time slot 2 days away. When I informed them I couldn't make that time slot and offered an alternative day, instead of trying to work with me they fully cancelled my appointment with barely so much as an apology. I already attempted to call them at two different times during the day to resolve this, but both times their phone rang until it sent me to voicemail. As a client, if I were to act this way, I would be charged a minimum of $45+tax. I would not recommend Total Kneads to anyone.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“My husband and I had been to other massage therapists. But we were never completely satistied, so we kept trying on different places. Until I learned about Total Kneads. We went there as a family. Me, my husband, our son and baby. My 10 month old baby was with me. Though she cried and I wasn't able to finish my session, I was unbelievably relax. Both Danielle and Brittany were very knowledgable. Our favorite is the right amount of pressure which we find very relaxing and satisfying with every session. “I have attended Total Kneads off and on for over a decade. I really like the energy of this space. There is a calmness and serenity that I appreciate. The practitioners are always excellent, and I always leave feeling like a mushy avocado - the best feeling. I love how the staircase treads are smootly worn down from many feet over the years.
