“Went for physio after a year of trying to heal from a broken wrist injury. Went 3 times and got diagnosed promptly within the first 5 minutes. Got needles, hot towel on my wrist, ultrasound and left. Was told to come back within less than a week and then explained that my insurance does not cover that many visits and I do not want to use them all up within the beginning of the year. They pushed it to a week. Came back, same thing. Needles, hot pack, ultrasound. They added one extra exercise and showed me how to do it. Come back 2 weeks later, did the same thing and was told to get back to training "normally" slowly, but take care of pushing exercises, that's it. Now we are almost a month later, and the pain is back and worse (I trained 6 times total with baby weights). I wasnt given any specific exercises, or ways to deal with the pain, or what to avoid (i mentioned i use a mouse most of the day and got no response). I debated whether I should post this or not because all the people over there are sweet and professional, but that does not negate me explaining my situation and how tough it has been, only to be sent home with one exercise to do.”Lire la suiteRéduire
