“Kristy is an incredibly talented massage therapist with an exceptional attitude and wealth of knowledge in massage therapy. I cannot recommend Kristy enough. I’ve had chronic lower back pain for years and with just 3 treatments Kristy was able to make it almost disappear completely! “Kristy takes time to learn what the patient’s concerns are, and adjusts her modalities and pressures accordingly. She is very informative explaining what she is doing as she works on different muscle groups, and offers advice on stretches to perform between visits. I have gone to other massage therapists before, but never with any regularity as they didn’t seem to be effective. “Seriously the best massage I’ve ever had hands down 🙏🏻. Kristy is so professional and creates a calming atmosphere where she makes sure your needs are being met and that you are satisfied with her techniques and pressure during the whole session. The heated sheets are a huge win and the bed and head rest are the comfiest I’ve ever laid on for a massage. I can’t even describe how amazing my body feels after that massage.
