“Taking physiotherapy at Ideal Physio which is located in the Crunch gym facility. The entire support staff are friendly and helpful. Keegan is a knowledgeable and supportive trainer who pushes me enough to show steady gains in strength and flexibility . “I had my first massage with Cliff today at Ideal Physio and it was phenomenal. I came today in a tremendous amount of back pain. And I must say upon leaving those discomforts I had were reduced by 50% or more. He’s compassionate, easy to talk to and works on you like I’d not had a massage.
