Cancellation policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full amount of the appointment. ICBC patients are personally responsible for late cancellations or missed appointments, as ICBC cannot be billed in these cases

Insurance Policy: We offer direct billing for primary insurance, except Medavie Blue Cross*. If you have secondary or spousal coverage, you’ll submit the remaining balance yourself. We’ll always provide a detailed receipt for easy reimbursement.

Arrival to appointment All required forms will be sent out prior to appointment via e-mail. - Please Arrive 5 minutes before your appointment Our location in Yaletown - Front Entrance is located between the entrace and exit of Shoppers Drug Mart. - Use the intercom on the left to call Humanity Wellness (#318) and we’ll let you in. - Take the Elevator to the 3rd floor or follow the stairs signs to reach us. “I was recommended this place by a colleague who's been coming here for a while. I wasn't disappointed. If you're considering coming here, I think you definitely should go for it. Each staff member I met was so warm, polite, friendly, patient and professional. The place itself is quite cosy and atmospheric. Calm, soft music, smells nice. They have a lot of professionals working there. I happened to receive treatment from Natalie. Incredibly professional, and just a good natured person. Completely put me at ease and helped me relax, whilst really helping to work on my physical issues. 10/10. I'll be back, and I'll be telling my friends & colleagues about this place too. “Upd: Thank you, Humanity Wellness, for listening to my feedback and addressing my concerns. I appreciate the thoughtful response to my review. I’ve been going to this place for several years and I’ve always been understanding when appointments were rescheduled, canceled or changed to a different specialist for reasons outside of my control. This was the first time I was unable to attend an appointment and I contacted the receptionist early that morning to let them know. I understood that it was less than 24 hours notice and that it might be difficult to fill the appointment slot on such short notice. I also understood that the cancellation fee would apply. What disappointed me was not the policy itself but the response I received. Instead of a more understanding or courteous reply I was simply told that my cancellation fell under the 24 hour cancellation policy. After being flexible and accommodating when changes were made on their end over the years I had hoped for a more personal and empathetic response. I fully respect that businesses need to enforce their policies. However, a simple acknowledgment of the situation or a more considerate tone would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the interaction left me with a negative impression.”

“Dayna is genuinely the most wholesome person I have ever met! 💗 She takes all your questions and concerns into consideration - does a thorough checkup before each appointment and then explains the purpose of where she is placing acupuncture points! She has taken such care in ensuring her clients have a positive experience and I can personally say I have both experienced that and continue to experience that. I went for a microneedling treatment and she went out of her way to follow up to see how I was doing! Would not want to see anyone else for my care!”

“Natalie is gentle as a human and efficient and effective as a massage therapist. I look forward to my appointment knowing I’ll receive the care I need with attention to my concerns. The massage is in a relaxing room with ambient sounds. She is also quite knowledgeable and answers my many questions. The space is beautiful as well, easy to get to by bus or Canada Line. Although it is not accessible to wheelchair users and people who might not be able to walk too far. There is an elevator but it is small. There’s also a relatively long hallway to get to so something to keep in mind.”

“I had my first facial acupuncture session with Emma today, and it was such a great experience. It wasn’t painful at all—actually very relaxing. I felt like I was lying on a beach in Hawaii with calming wave sounds and a soothing atmosphere. Emma was very gentle and explained every step in a soft, reassuring way, which made me feel completely at ease. I would definitely recommend her!”

I feel so much more relaxed and loose, she was so kind and patient with me and I don’t think I could have dreamed a better experience. Clean and peaceful environment, she was so personable and talked me through everything. I had a second appointment the next day with Rachel for RMT and she was equally as amazing. The women that work here and kind and informative. I guarantee you will fall asleep during your service. Highly recommend!”
