“I recently visited Elevation Health for an acute issue that had become especially painful, and once again, I was incredibly well taken care of. I’ve been to Elevation in the past, so I was familiar with the clinic, and once again, they did not disappoint. They were able to get me in right away, which is truly appreciated, especially in a small community where wait times can often be long. The staff went above and beyond to make it work, and I was so grateful for their flexibility and care. I had my appointment with Bianca, who was extremely thorough and made me feel completely comfortable. Most importantly, she really listened and took the time to understand exactly what was going on. Her knowledge and expertise were evident, and I felt noticeably better leaving my appointment. I’ll be returning for follow-up visits in the coming weeks, and I feel confident knowing I’m in such good hands. The education, exercises, and overall care provided have given me reassurance that I’ll be back to full mobility. “Staff are very helpful, welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable during intake of new clients. Gilles Dumont is my Physiotherapist, and he has helped me recover from 2 major knee injuries. I had Orthopedic Surgeons tell me I’d never be on skis or wake boards again and Gilles knowing I lived a very active life knew that was not what I wanted to hear. He not only provided a therapy regime that would gradually get me working towards my physical goals, but he encouraged me to safely push and have trust in myself to achieve them… and I did! “I ended up hurting my neck. Very painful acute pain that sent me to an emergency room. The doctors gave me pain meds, and muscle relaxants. And nothing helped. I wasn’t able to move my neck at all. I went that afternoon to see Joelle, and she said I had a herniated disc. I saw Joelle a couple times for physio, and Tj for dry needling. And by following their steps, I was able to have movement within a week, and by two weeks I had 90% movement. It’s been over a month, and I feel 100%.
