“Dear Dream Massage Team, I am writing for my recent massage session, as the service delivered did not meet the standards promised or expected. I booked a 90-minute full-body massage, but the session ended after only 75 minutes. Despite repeatedly asking for proper pressure and oil application, neither was provided. The bed setup was uncomfortable throughout the session, and the overall service quality was far below professional expectations. Additionally, several major body areas were not covered at all, even after I clearly requested a full-body massage. This included thighs, mid back, neck, wrists, forearms, elbows, and chest. Given these issues, the service did not reflect what I paid for. I am therefore requesting a refund,or service recovery for the session. I’ve been searching for a clinic that truly specializes in deep tissue massage, and most places I’ve tried just didn’t meet my expectations. Back home, I used to go to a clinic where the therapists were visually impaired, and they were amazing raising the bar incredibly high for me.
