“First time here and Mai was excellent. She uses wholistic methods of healing and was exactly what I was looking for. She was knowledgeable and explained what she felt my body needed. She was also very respectful of my wearing a face mask (I was not feeling 100%) and she asked me if I wanted her to wear one too, so I said yes just in case. She did not use the traditional "deep tissue" method that I have experienced before with other practitioners. This was a more gentle yet effective approach. I could feel things being released in my body through the energy that was moving up and out of my crown. As she worked on specific areas on my body, I could feel it having effect somewhere else on my body (ie. she was working on my leg and I felt it in my belly button at one point.). She was also very attentive and asked a lot of questions during the initial review of my medical history. Would definitely recommend despite the challenging parking situation where she is located :)”

“Booked with Anthony Rocha - was an excellent experience. As someone who has picked up some injuries over the years (shoulders knees back), I found his ability to address these longstanding pains better than anyone else i've received care from. He accurately assessed root cause issues and addressed those. He also provided ample examples of exerecises I could do at home to make more progress to get back to 100%. Anthony's care made more progress for my long-term injuries than any other professional i've seen.”
