“If more people spoke up about this place and there worksafe experiences.. they wouldnt have a 4.5star rating. Be careful, not the most trustworthy place. Bad parking, over crowded, dirty facility. Facilty packed to make money. Not focus on people's recovery. Dont know how some people sleep at night when they are ruining other humans lives on a daily basis. “This is the more unreliable physio clinic I have ever had !!!! I booked an appointment 3 weeks ago. During the phone call I provided details about my concussion. An hour later, they called me back saying that they need to find me someone specilaise with concussion exercise. This took me another 2 weeks to wait for the changes. And the day before my appointment, in the late afternoon, they phoned me back to tell me that they are cancelling my appointment becuse the physio therapist Jaslyen Singh noticed FEW DAYS ago that she did not have time for an initial assessment. Her 45 minutes session is prefer for something else. The front desk claimed that they did not know that I have concussion !!!!! And they asked me to phone around the town to find someone to make an intial assessment and come back for an appointment which they do not know when. “I’ve had a few physiotherapy sessions here and it’s been a great experience. The clinic is very clean, welcoming, and well-organized. The staff are friendly and always make you feel comfortable. Dr. Jeremy is my physiotherapist, and he truly knows his work. He explains everything clearly, listens to concerns, and provides treatments that actually help. “I am having a great experience here in Abbotsford. Staff is great. Friendly, knowledgeable and caring professionals. There program for me has been amazing. Everything i needed for my lower back recovery. I couldnt have done it with out my physio therapist. Everyone has there own fight with there injury.
