“Do not waste your money on this place if you are looking for instant relief! My boyfriend and I both saw James for neck and low back pain. We have had acupuncture many times and have had positive results instantly. James decided to poke us with needles in our scalp, between fingers, toes, knees and forehead. He did not even try to touch the problematic areas. He told me that we should feel instant relief once he “finds the pressure point” but in the same breath said that “we could feel results in a day”. “I first found out about this company and James while at a Health and Wellness show in April 2025. I was skeptical as I sat in the chair and received a 5-minute treatment for a foot pain issue I was having. I was gobsmacked when it worked….my foot pain was gone! After 1.5 years. Mind blown!! This relief lasted for many days and there’s just a periodic reoccurrence of the issue but the pain does not last for long at all and it’s much more mild. The Balance Method is an incredible concept and I’m glad I met James and had success!! I booked an appt in-office and received a full treatment for different issues and left feeling very satisfied and relaxed. Thanks James!! Also, since I don’t actually live in NS, James went out of his way to locate some feasible options for treatment for me to try near where I live in BC and sent me a detailed email with the information.
