“I recently went to 310 wellness for a massage and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Angelica is extremely knowledgeable in not only massage but holistic practices. The massage itself went beyond just working on muscle knots—it incorporated techniques that felt aligned with whole-body wellness. Every movement was intentional, helping me feel both physically relaxed and mentally centered. We are incredibly lucky to have somewhere in Stonewall like this. “I have been attending yoga classes regularly at 310 Wellness on Main through Heather McDermid Yoga and it has been amazing! The yoga studio is gorgeous and feels like a serene sanctuary. The evening classes are by candlelight which creates a lovely atmosphere too. I love the variety of classes with a balance of yin/restorative and more energetic flows/powerful yoga. 310 Wellness also offers massage therapy (with student massages at $45 for an hour - I will be trying this!), and other wellness/spiritual services.
