“Had an RMT massage yesterday at the Guildford clinic. How can I get in touch with the owner or manager? I have complaints about how the session was handled. I have bruises on the front & back of my legs. I was not asked at the start about the intensity. She said she goes hard on new clients as most of her clients prefer deep tissue massages. I ask to lower the pressure but it stayed the same. I have pictures and a video of my bruises. I’m a 60 y.o. petite asian woman.”Read moreShow less

Aside from the therapy itself, the staff here are experts at their specialties. “My dad, who has early onset FTD, comes here to get a massage often. The staff are all so kind and accommodating towards us and dad’s circumstances. Alina, dad’s RMT, knows exactly what his needs are every appointment and doesn’t disappoint when it comes to giving him the best treatment! “I recently visited We Registered Massage Therapy Clinic for my first-ever massage, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Because of my work and lifestyle, I decided to finally give massage therapy a try. The only available slot was 9:00 AM on a Saturday, which actually worked out perfectly for me. The clinic is conveniently located on the ground floor at Unit 102, 10334 152A Street in Surrey, and I had no trouble finding street parking nearby. Upon arrival, the receptionist was friendly and got me checked in quickly with a few basic questions. Within minutes, my massage therapist, Victoria Lee, came to greet me and guided me to the treatment room. I was a bit nervous and self-conscious at first since it was my first massage, but Victoria made me feel completely comfortable right away. Her professionalism and calm approach really helped me relax. The entire session was excellent—I genuinely enjoyed the massage and felt noticeably lighter and more relaxed by the end of the one-hour treatment. I would highly recommend Victoria Lee for her exceptional service. She clearly has a lot of experience and knows exactly what she’s doing.
