“Brian Empey FCAMPT and level 11 Titleist Performance Institute is ACE and will get me back golfing after 2 serious spinal compression fractures. I had just started golfing when the fractures happened and after 2 years of rehab I didn't think I'd be able to restart but I asked Gemini (my AI go to) for suggestions on whom to see for a professional assessment. Brian Empey was the No 1 choice because of his extensive knowledge (Read his bio) and I am so grateful I listened to the advice....I'll be on the golf course next week! My husband came along as well to see if Brian could sort out his year long battle with sciatica....he was sorted and is happily improving daily with Brian's advice. I added my husband's experience in because it could help someone with a similar injury and my husband is not a 'reviewer'. With Gratitude Cheryl Read”Read moreShow less

“Bhavana is excellent with dry needling/IMS , as a hairstylist my body gets wrecked as work and this is the only thing that brings me relief for the muscle pain. I also hurt my rotator cuff / and have tendinitis in my wrist and she’s done shockwave therapy for both and they’ve improved significantly. Highly recommend.”Read moreShow less

“My husband was referred to this organization for assessment for stroke rehabilitation. After the initial assessment it was determined that another agency more focused on stroke rehabilitation would be more appropriate. I wrote a review indicating, that front line personnel should be better trained in assessing client needs upon booking initial assessments for treatment. I understand, the organization did a follow up phone call to my husband regarding his experience. Since my husband had a stroke, most appointments with health practitioners are done through my phone number. I commend the organization for follow up to a complaint. They did the appropriate customer service recovery response. They sent a letter with a refund cheque for the cost of the assessment. We do have an appointment with an agency that focuses on stroke rehabilitation. That assessment will determine the program for recovery. We appreciate the organization going the extra mile to ensure customer needs were met.”Read moreShow less

“I am recovering from a fractured shoulder and have been working hard to regain my strength and mobility. My physio recommended Pilates and I have been working with Lori Baker for the last two months. I am thrilled with the results so far - I can see visible improvements in my mobility and my pain level has improved. Lori is upbeat and encouraging and finds specific exercises that will help support my shoulder in a safe way. I look forward to my appointments each week!”Read moreShow less

“I have been treated by multiple amazing and experienced practitioners at Shelbourne Physio over the years for chronic pain due to past car accidents and all are 5 star ratings. Recently Shannon Huff helped me at my worst, she was so caring and reassuring that I would be able to recover when the pain was excruciating. She took the time to listen and empathize. She helped with different treatments and home exercises (never rushed) but took the time to show me. When I was just in survival mode though she never made me feel bad when I didn’t do them but just encouraged me I was doing my best. She has helped me get back to movement/exercise as a way to show myself compassion not judgement which has helped me recover. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Thank you Shannon and Shelbourne Physio.”Read moreShow less

“I met with Alta and she was amazing. She was kind, listened, and she was able to explain things to me in a way that I understood. She was extremely professional and caring. I would recommend her to anybody else with a nerve pinch in their neck that was so annoying they wanted to pull their own arm off from the radiating pain.”Read moreShow less
