“My experience was okay, not great, but not bad either. Sometimes treatment plans work out, and sometimes they don't. Unfortunately, despite the physiotherapist's genuine efforts to help me recover/gain relief from my pelvic floor issues, I never experienced any meaningful improvement or reduction in pain. That said, the physiotherapist was always warm and welcoming, and my interactions with the receptionist were always pleasant.”

“I saw Johanna on May 27th for the first time after having knee replacement surgery on April 20th. She is very professional and thorough. I had been doing the recommended exercises and she gave me a couple more and printed them off for me. I was very pleased with her knowledge and expertise in this area. Would definitely recommend her and River East Physiotherapy.”

“I was seen by Alex De Vries for my first appointment, so far to assist me with my vestibular migraines. Alex was an absolute joy and pleasure to speak with. I felt like she really took the time to listen to what I had to say about my symptoms and gave me her suggestions/thoughts as to what might be happening with me. She explained things very clearly and thoroughly and recommended some great exercises to do and gave me some brochures to read about migraines and a diet to potentially prevent them. Her kindness and friendliness was really comforting. I highly recommend seeing her! I am looking forward to my next appointment with her.”
