When booking your first appointment with us, you will be prompted to upload your credit card. Do not worry, we will not charge your credit card until after your appointment with us. If you do not have a credit card, please call or email us to book your first appointment.

INTAKE FORMS & CONSENTS: When you book your initial appointment for any service, you will be emailed an intake form and consents immediately after to complete. It’s easy to forget and put it aside, but it contains information that your health practitioner needs and your signed consent for treatment. Intake form MUST be completed at least 24 hours prior to your visit. You will receive an email reminder as well as a phone call from our office admin if it is not completed the day before your appointment.

About the clinic

GETTING STARTED AT REBIRTH: BOOKING FOR YOUR CHILD: Please create a separate profile in Jane with your child’s name and date of birth. The username needs to be different from your username in Jane, so something like your child’s name will help you remember. It doesn’t need to be an email address. You can connect their profile in Jane to your Parent Profile. If you need help doing this, our admins can easily do this for you on their end. . DIRECT BILLING: We offer direct billing for most services to most major insurance companies, including Canada Life, Sun Life, Manulife, Greenshield, Blue Cross and more. In order to do this for you, please complete the information in your intake form. PARKING: For Central Ave location downtown, we have limited parking of 6 spots behind our building along the wooden fence that is labelled “Rebirth Wellness Centre”. The other parking spots are reserved for residents that live there and are marked with a “R” for residents, and you cannot park there. I’ve been to many massage therapists over the years, but her skills are truly on another level. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and knows exactly how to target problem areas with the perfect amount of pressure. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Gurpreet took the time to understand my concerns and tailored the treatment specifically to my needs. “We were very skeptical about chiropractic care. We met Richelle with our very first baby who had very bad neck pain "torticollis" and she would go 14 days without a bowel movement and would always seem in pain crying. “I used rebirth for many services through my pregnancy and postpartum I can’t say enough great things about this company and everything they have to offer especially including doula support from Janice Tadgell! Janice supported me through my birth and postpartum as my doula during a pregnancy that followed a stillbirth of my first born. I was terrified, and she consistently eased my fears with her calm, compassionate, and knowledgeable presence. She also prepared my placenta pills, a placenta print and a tincture, she videotaped my whole birth and made sure my music play list was on point! To top it all off she made me a delicious smoothie immediately after birth. Janice is incredible with babies—she is very knowledgeable about everything natural and is not judgemental. I highly recommend her as a doula baby care and motherhood mental health support. Ps she is also a great cook and baker!”

“I cannot thank the team at Rebirth enough for their support both pre and post-partum. I took the Childbirth Education Class with Alyssa and was so impressed by how engaging and informative it was. I left the class feeling excited to give birth. After our son was born, we returned to Rebirth for paediatric physiotherapy. We worked with Jamieson, who was kind, caring, and professional. Her work helped treat our son’s neck tightness and, I think, contributed to him meeting gross motor milestones early. Lastly, I saw Megan for pelvic floor physio postpartum. Megan is very knowledgable and thorough and helped with my recovery. I also wanted to shout out all of the receptionists and administrative staff we have seen, who have always been warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Rebirth!”

“What a gem of a place and such an ingenious concept for expectant and new parents. Rebirth is your go to for all of your pre and post natal needs which can be difficult to navigate as a new and expectant parent. My husband and I attended the full day Birthing Prep course with Rebecca and we could not recommend it enough. Rebecca was an amazing facilitator and the content was relevant and useful for first time parents. I have also have prenatal massages with Erica who is such a beautiful soul. Highly recommend Rebirth.”

“My husband and I are currently excitedly expecting our first baby and finding Rebirth has been truly a God-send. ALL of the staff and practitioners are welcoming, warm and skilled in their respective areas. Personally, I have been struggling with intense lower back pain. Through regularly scheduled Prenatal Massages, my discomfort has become more and more manageable. The majority of my massages have been with Erica DeMers, and she has been an angel- the definition of "dynamite comes in small packages". I would highly recommend her for her friendliness, strong hands and easy-going vibe. We also took the Childbirth Education class with Alyssa Jarvis. We found it quite pleasant and informative, as first time parents.”
