“PinPoint - Infinity health Downtown, Lower Simcoe St. truly is a one-stop shop. The entire team is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we need, whether it is by phone, email, or in person. A special shout-out to Tom Van Houtte, our physiotherapist, who has been absolutely excellent. He is knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to make sure you understand everything and feel supported throughout treatment. Dr. Paul Brodzik is also an amazing family doctor. We feel very fortunate to have him looking after us. He is attentive, thorough, and genuinely cares about his patients. I also recently received orthotics through PinPoint, and the entire process was incredibly quick, from being fitted to receiving them. They have made such a noticeable difference that I honestly wish I had done this 40 years ago. It is rare to find a medical office where the doctors, physiotherapists, and administrative staff all work together so well. We highly recommend PinPoint”

“I was travelling to Toronto and had some really high symptoms. I googled massage therapist and Olsi office popped up with massage and osteopathy. It was my first time seeing a osteopath. My session was nothing less than life-changing. Olsi took the time to really understand my history of 15 years of chronic migraines and headaches, along with the fatigue, brain fog, difficulty holding my head up throughout the day, and the pressure and pain I experience in my head and neck when moving from sitting to standing or bending forward. I haven’t let anyone touch my neck for many years because every time someone would try massaging the base of my skull my migraines would worsen. Over the years I’ve had to learn to advocate for my symptoms even when I feel I’m being too particular and difficult. One thing I’m especially grateful I let him know is that my head doesn’t enjoy when my body is being treated on my stomach then flipping over into my back. Even though my muscles feel relaxed after a session a nagging pressure in my head settles and doesn’t go away. This has been true with differing degrees for all treatments in the past, but I didn’t know there was a way around it. He got me on my side and we did very very gentle manipulations. He explained why my body mechanics have been working the way they do, showed me how to strengthen without causing inflammation and therefore more pain. While he was working on my neck, I couldn’t stop yawning because my nervous system felt safe and FINALLY relaxed. My head has never felt lighter after a treatment, my symptoms decreased for days after and I was able to enjoy my vacation. I am way better off because of that one hour appointment. I am more educated, validated and equipped to better my situation long term. I cannot recommend Olsi enough.”

You don’t have to wait days or hours for appointment, and they always follow up and never leave you hanging. My fav doctor Andrew Baird always listens and takes time at every visit.
