“Pine Integrated health has been an amazing step in my postpartum healing journey. My pelvic floor physiotherapist Allison is phenomenal at her role. She goes above and beyond every appointment to explain in detail and listen to my concerns. I feel very heard everytime. The staff are positive, kind and organized. Treatment plans are specialized and tailored directly to the clients’ needs. I am very lucky and thankful I started going here. “Called to book an appointment, and spent a good chunk of time on the phone discussing who best to see in the time frame I needed it. “If I could give o stars I would. After having a family emergency a few weeks ago which I called the clinic to let them know of the situation. Of course it was less than 24 hours notice, as it was an EMERGENCY. When I called the Sherwood Park Clinic this morning to rebook with the initial therapist of the name Kelly. I was, then told I couldn't reschedule with her. I asked why, the receptionist said I would have to talk with her supervisor. I then, asked if I could see someone else in the clinic and she said I could not. SERIOUSLY!! Things happen, people have real life situations, no compassion was shown. I'm a mom of 2 kids 4 and 6. With extreme aniexty, depression and grief. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And this is why people with mental health struggles keep struggling. Therapists don't understand AT ALL!! “I started seeing Samantha (psychologist) back when there was just the Edmonton office location. I was SO thrilled when the Sherwood Park office opened and she moved there full time. I have always had the best advice, treatment, and services from Pine Integrated Health. They truly want the best for their clients and provide referrals for other doctors/services if there is something they can't help you with in-house. There is plenty of parking around the building, and the office is wheel-chair accessible. The treatment rooms are spacious and comfortable.
