“I had a compressed nerve root and could barely walk, bend, sit, or turn my neck initially. The location in St. John’s on Kiwanis Street is amazing. Allison Penney is a great physiotherapist. I always have prolonged relief after my appointments with her. The Chiropractor Alexander Morihovitis is very informal and to the point. When booking a regular session for 15 minutes, he gets as much done as possible and I always leave with great results which worked great for work days. Both people mentioned above have helped me immensely on my road to recovery and pain management. Front desk staff are always phenomenal. “Maria is an exceptional physiotherapist, and I would highly recommend her to anyone! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in her field, but she also genuinely cares about her patients and their recovery. I really appreciated how thorough she is - she takes the time to explain how your injury is affecting your body and why she recommends each exercise, which gave me a much better understanding of my treatment. On top of that, she is kind, compassionate, and personable, making every appointment both comfortable and enjoyable. “Maria is a very knowledgeable and friendly physiotherapist. I had a nagging injury which I thought would never get better but Maria insured me that with time and therapy, it would get back to normal. Her and the staff at Physio & Co went above and beyond. “I had a great experience with my physiotherapist Maria Sullivan. She was extremely thorough and took her time to explain every stretch and exercise to me, making sure I understood why it was effective. She provided multiple exercises and stretches for my injury, new ones as it started to improve. Maria always made sure that I was performing everything properly and felt comfortable before moving on. “Physio and Co, Bay Bulls, was a Godsend for me. I aggravated an old injury while on holidays which resulted in limiting my mobility combined with intense pain. After utilizing the services of Maria Sullivan and her team for four months I am mobile and importantly, pain free! On site was a massage therapy service of which I availed. Janice Coady-Pardy was also fantastic in assisting me with mobility and relieving pain. Both Maria and Janice displayed professionalism, confidence and competence.
