“Went for my second appointment with Mike Vandergaag physiotherapist this morning and it was an excellent visit as he treated me for my left IT band and TFL, and also took the time to show me some stretches to do at home. He’s very knowledgeable and explained everything well, and he also has a wonderful outgoing personality. The front office team at Performance Integrated Health is very warm and efficient, great to see a business operating exceptionally well. Keep up the great work.”

I've seen so many chiro and massage over the years For sure, Ryan is the BOMB for chiro, I was locked up for so long, and saw others but he corrected everything in one session! “Never in my life have I received such horrible customer as I received this morning at performance integrated health. I have been frequenting here for years, recommending it to many people, including clients, colleagues, friends and family however after this morning I will never be going back. I typically book all my massages for the early AM as I work in Vancouver and have to commute quite far for work, so when I arrived 5 minutes early for 8am appointment to find they had booked me the wrong time I was quite surprised it was actually at 8:20. When I expressed my concern to the receptionist she suggested I “just hangout” like I have nothing better to do at that time of day? Afterwards when I informed her that I couldn’t wait 20 additional minutes as I had to go to work and advocated that they booked the wrong time I got “maybe we miscommunicated your appointment time” but offer so solution, alternative or empathy for the situation. Now normally I book my massages through their website as I am able to select my time myself but as my login wasn’t working I made the choice to call in and receive assistance. Afterwards when I asked if I would be charged for my appointment lexi “shrugged “… that is all. I wasn’t offered an alternative time, was offered to reschedule, wasn’t invited back, and wasn’t offered a shortened massage appointment for 25/30min (there ya go Lexi a few things you could have done for customer service). Additionally, I have just received an email from their office manager. (Christie). Who claimed she grieved to call me but has informed me I was charged for cancelling my appointment. Now Christie, i was there for my massage, how can I be charged for cancelling my appointment when i was actually there?? I have received no phone call and you have charged me MORE than I would have paid if I stayed and received the massage??? How does that make sense! Maybe try gathering the facts before making decisions Christie. Christie I would appreciate you actually taking the time to call your disappointed customers rather then rob them.”
