“Paul is excellent at his craft. The first time I had a session, in seconds he guessed I usually held my toddler on one side which gave me a bit of a lean. His massage skills are amazing and I always walk out feeling refreshed. Highly recommend”

“I developed intense pain in on my right side and was looking for any type of relief. Thought massage would so the trick and I found Paul's information on Google and sent in an email. Within a few hours he got back to me and I was in his office the very next day. Before seeing Paul I was unable to walk or sit properly without grunting in pain. He was very nice, had a great location to where I live in Mississauga and flexible hours. he knew exactly which muscles I needed work on and how to start to relieve the pain. After leaving his office I was able to walk around and finally sleep comfortably. Of course the pain is not fully gone but with time and treatment I know it will be gone soon.
