“I am very pleased to recommend Dilraj at Pain Free Health Clinic, who has been helping with my rehabilitation following a serious hamstring injury that also resulted in peripheral neuropathy affecting my right foot. Dilraj has been knowledgeable, patient and very supportive throughout my recovery. He has provided tailored strengthening and mobility exercises, helped me configure and safely use my recumbent exercise bike, and worked with me to improve my balance, strength and ability to walk increasingly without assistance. “Great experience, everyone is welcoming, app is quick. I got into a car accident and Dr is helping with my neck and using suction therapy as well as stretching and massage. It is helping loosen my neck. Dr knew where the pressure points were hurting and neededbwork on. It is pain free. I never tried suction cups I thought it was going to hurt. “My physio visit was great at Ladner pain free clinic! Milan is excellent in doing his craft! He knows where to target spot where my injury exist and that cracking sound on my back was such a huge relief!!! Well of course on top of that is his specialization of "Dry Needling" which offer a great relief on my tight shoulder for months though the feeling is awful but he knows how to distract by interacting with you not to to focus on the awful pain of the needling & boom it's all done😀!!! He kept saying I'm tough! (hahaha)but actually not! Trying just to get relief of this crazy shoulder madness for months since my accident happened,,even argued with my adjuster to extend the treatment coz the relief of needling offers such relief !!! “I was referred to this pain relief clinic by my family doctor, Dr. Alam, for severe shoulder pain, and I'm so grateful for the care I received from Dr. Poonam. Dr. Poonam is kind, patient, and highly professional. She took the time to explain exactly what was happening with my shoulder in a way that was easy to understand, which gave me a lot of confidence in my treatment. When I first came in, I could barely move my shoulder because of the pain. After her treatment, my shoulder has improved significantly and is now barely painful. She also taught me exercises to continue doing at home, which I really appreciate. The clinic itself is clean, quiet, and welcoming.
