“I went to the summerside location for Hamstring issues. Cindy was fabulous, she gave me such great treatment and rehab exercises to compliment my running. Now I have no pain and have actually improved quite a bit in my running journey. Highly recommend.”

“I HIGHLY recommend this place. Here's why, hear my story: Last Spring, all of a sudden, I started to suffer from severe pain in my upper back, and in my left arm, with constant tingling and numbness. After two different doctor visits, X-rays and ultrasound, I ended up under a lot of pain killer with quite unpleasant side effects, diagnosed with foraminal stenosis, and a wait of 3 months for an appointment with a neurologist... I wasn't happy at all, I felt depressed, sleep deprived and still in pain despite the heavy medication. The first physio I tried was running in between patients, and I was spending most of my appointment hooked to a machine. After 3 weeks and a few review analysis, I realized that Movement First had great comments, and it was just around the corner of my place. So I decided to check it out, and this was the best decision ever. First meeting with Kyle (chiropractor): he had a completely different opinion on the origin of my pain, explaining that the little arthritis he saw on my X-rays couldn't explain alone the intensity of my suffering. He spent some time talking, studying my posture, and diagnosed a pinched nerve in relation with a disc displacement. After only a few sessions with Kyle and his magic cracking, I was able to sleep all night again, and shortly after I was out of painkillers. But there was still some pain and discomfort, it didn't go overnight. Kyle explained that this would be a long process to heal, and he brought in his colleague, Connor (and his magic fingers). I would lie if I said this was an easy process: the dry needling was sometime quite painful as my muscles around those vertebrae were super tense, but the deep tissue massages following the needling were helping a lot to ease the pain away. (Eventually I met with a neurologist who analyzed my X-rays and ultrasound, and came up with the exact same diagnostic as Dr. Kyle, same advise). I'm glad I didn't wait for that appointment with the neurologist: Kyle and Connor worked in a joint effort, they really cared for me, they saved me a lot of pain and sleepless nights, they got me off the terrible medication, and after 3 months, I am feeling great, having my normal life again. I know this is your job, but THANK YOU for doing it so well: I've been to other physio and chiro before, but from now on, as long as I will be in Edmonton, this is THE place to go!”Read moreShow less

“Doctor Tanner was able to help diagnose a pinched nerve after being in extreme pain from over 2 weeks(another chiro did not diagnose correctly and angered my injury). He is extremely knowledgeable in how the body works and takes time to listen to what is wrong. The exercises he provided me with were easy to do but when I forgot specifics, he assisted by videoing with vocal instructions which has helped immensely!! Thank you very much Tanner, I appreciate your love of chiropractics and am happy to say I've found my new forever Dr!”Read moreShow less
