“Kelvan the RMT was excellent. He knows his trade and relaxed my muscles that have stiff and causing much pains. After the massage I feel very relax despite needed pains to relax my muscles and address the tightness. I strongly recommend Kelvan. Dr. Sandhu did chiro for me. He helped me significantly reduce the pains in my shoulder, reduce stiffness, provided stretching exercises tips. I strongly recommend Dr. Sandhu for your Chiro requirements. “Booked an appointment with a Chiropodist for orthotics. at the last minute Move Health and Wellness changed the appointment to a physiotherapist. The Physio I saw was amazing to say the least (His name is Gavin Barha). The issue is that the appointment was booked through my insurance and they do not cover orthotics prescribed by a Physio. I communicated this to the team at Move Health and Wellness and was told that my insurance would accept the prescription. I asked for Move Health and Wellness to be direct bill and they said they were unable to get approval for the orthotics, and I would have to pay. My insurance did not cover the orthotics prescribed by a physio, and I was out over $800. I made an appointment with a medical professional who my insurance would cover and at the last minute I was bamboozled by Move Health and Wellness into seeing someone else.”Read moreShow less

“Sneaky and will take advantage of your insurance coverage! Was billed for a full 30-minute assessment when I was actually seen for 2 minutes! I did get a refund, but if you’re not paying close attention, you could easily be overcharged.”
