My partner and I have been seeing Mitch McInnes for years. He is very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The reception staff are super kind and friendly. I love my chats with Jen while waiting for my appointment time. Mitch has helped me with my neck pain, knee pain, back pain, and general strength training. The exercises he assigns help keep everything in shape. I return once a month or so for a tune up. With his treatments I have been able to stop going to my chiropractor every two weeks. Long term healing over short term relief.

Mitch is fantastic - skilled and respectful. He listens and treats me as the expert in my own body and experience. He is skilled in pinpointing the problem, and honest when he can't yet know (because the level of inflammation is too high to be certain), and always explains the best next steps to get to a solution that solves the root of the issue, not just the primary symptoms. The manual treatments provide relief, and the exercises he prescribes are manageable, effective, and progress logically until no treatment or follow up visits are needed. I appreciate Mitch's willingness to explain anything about my injury or treatment that I want to understand, and that he treats me as a partner in my own recovery. I have been seeing Mitch for several years on-and-off and have recommended many family and friends here.

Mitch is a terrific physiotherapist. Literally cured a chronic suprasinatus tendinitis (shoulder) then was only one to be able to help me with a cervical nerve root compression.mentions Mitch McInnes →

Mitch has helped me so much with a nagging whiplash injury that wasn’t responding to any other form of treatment. He always listens and has evolved my treatment over time as needed. Clean, friendly clinic with amazing reception staff. Highly recommended!mentions Mitch McInnes →

What can I say...Mitch is fantastic. Respectful, knowledgeable and professional. First started seeing Mitch about five years ago when I started doing CrossFit. At the beginning I was in there fairly regularly to stay on top of all the little aches and pains that come with getting active again. With Mitch's help, I can say that I have never had a major injury at the gym despite its intense workouts. Mitch listens carefully and is able to quickly get to the root of the problem. However, it is always clear that the amount of progress I make is dependant on me putting in the time on the exercises Mitch gives to me! Nothing new there. New online booking tool is super convenient.

Mitch helped me out 5 years ago when I broke my ankle, I believe that thanks to him I can walk without a limp. I hear it's common with ankle injuries. I went back to him recently since I've been dealing with sciatica since February. I tried everything before finally breaking down and going to see Mitch back in June. After 3 visits I was finally able to move with minimal pain, now I have none. Needless to say I've recommended McInnes Physiotherapy to friends and family often in the past 5 years.

Mitch helped me avoid spinal surgery, after suffering for many months from severe sciatica due to stenosis, and seeing several other health care practitioners (including 3 PTs). He really seems to know what he's doing (both in terms of hands-on therapy and prescribing exercises) and as a bonus, he's a very pleasant and patient guy.

Mitch helped me avoid spinal surgery, after I'd been suffering from severe sciatica due to stenosis for many months (and had consulted three other PTs, as well as other health care practitioners, with no improvement). I was very impressed by his knowledge and skills, and appreciated his responsiveness and patience with my questions and his pleasant manner. It took a few months to recover (while doing all the exercises he prescribed pretty diligently!) but I am back to my normal activities now and mostly pain-free, which is likely a better outcome than if I'd had surgery.

I've gone to McInnes Physiotherapy for a variety of injuries and each time I've come away very satisfied with the level of service, professionalism and treatment. Mitch does an excellent job explaining the exercises to help facilitate recovery. I would not hesitate to recommend this Physio clinic to any of my friends or family.
