“I was on a snowboarding trip with the boys and had just done 4 days of riding and hiking. I did a 90min acupuncture and massage and had one of the best treatments with Lisa. She is very passionate with her practice and cares for her clients overall wellbeing. It was so great that I went a second time the following week after doing another 4 days of riding and hiking. “Lisa has been a tremendous help to me over the past couple years. She first started helping me with terribly painful cramps and periods. She also helped me stay nourished and comfortable during my pregnancy. Especially at the end I was seeing her a couple times a week when I went past my due date. Her style of accupuncture alongside cupping and massage is unlike what I've experienced before, it leaves you feeling so relaxed and nourished after a treatment- I highly recommend her 90 minute sessions.
