I had a massage therapy session today with Connor McIntyre at Krell Wellness Center (College Heights, Prince George) and I was extremely satisfied with both the treatment and the results. Connor was very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. He quickly understood my needs and applied the therapy with great care and skill. I felt a real improvement right after the session. Highly recommended — I will definitely be returning.

Dr. Rondeau, is personable, polite and respectful. He listened to the full answers to his questions intently and gave you space to share your thoughts and experiences. I really appreciated his insight as to my pain and provided exercises that helped me to strengthen my affected muscle. I am so thankful for him and would recommend him to friends and family. Thank you 🙏

Review of Dr. Robert Cody Rondeau at Krell Wellness College Heights 1. What was booked I booked two chiropractic appointments on consecutive weeks, both on the same day and time. • First visit: 1-hour appointment ($110 CAD) • Second visit: shorter follow-up appointment ($65 CAD) 2. What actually occurred (with time ranges) • First appointment: Dr. Rondeau arrived to the building approximately 6 minutes after my scheduled start time. The appointment started late and ended early, resulting in 20–25 minutes less care than booked. • Second appointment: I was brought into the room 3 minutes after my scheduled start and placed on a heat pack. The doctor entered 11 minutes after the appointment start time. Hands-on treatment consisted of three adjustments and lasted approximately 5 minutes. 3. Pattern vs one-off clarification Because these issues occurred on two consecutive appointments with identical scheduling, this does not appear to be a one-time error. 4. How this affected my experience I don’t appreciate appointments that start late and deliver significantly less treatment time than booked. While Dr. Rondeau is polite and professional in demeanor, the care felt rushed and incomplete. Follow-up care was minimal; on the second visit, no additional exercises or recommendations were provided when asked. 5. Who this may or may not be a good fit for This service may suit patients who are comfortable with very brief adjustments and flexible timing. It may not be a good fit for those who expect punctual appointments, full use of booked time, and more comprehensive follow-up care. For these reasons, I can’t recommend this service as currently delivered.

I normally do not post negatively but this is a one off that is super frustrating. I book an appointment after the holidays Dec 30th and 1st available appointment for new patient is Jan 9th I take it I'm desperate with my back issue/pain. I did call around for other offices but most were closed or nothing available. Early this week one other office called and offers Early this week, I decline and stay committed to Krell, they call today and cancel due to Doctor has emergency, totally understandable and say we will have to reschedule late into next week, I explained I'm coming 3 hrs drive as I'm out of town and I booked this 1.5 weeks ago and now I have to wait longer that's not fair, is there any way to squeeze me in with rescheduling a local person for tomorrow and that there is 2 clinics? Response is nope sorry that's not an option. Crazy unprofessional to expect a new patient that is having back pain coming from out of town and no reasonable time replacement appointment when there is 2 clincs operating, very disappointing. Now onto finding a new clinic to accept a new patient with this back pain, lives remote within the next couple days for treatment fingers crossed. Hopefully Krell will do better for out of town patients but a clinic I'm not interested in.

I really, really don't like writing negative reviews but I feel very frustrated by my experience with Krell. I had an introductory appointment for some jaw issues but woke up with a terrible head cold/cough on the morning of my appointment. I called right at opening to cancel due to the nature of the appointment, out of respect to the practitioner and knowing I wouldn't be able to engage meaningfully. I was informed I would still be charged the $110 appointment fee with 0 offers to resolve or compromise but I was still welcome to come to do my appointment despite likely being contagious and sick. I'm a small business owner myself and I want to empathize with Krell (I've had no-shows cause business expenses) but the absolute 0 compromise ( even offering a % on the no-show) and insisting I come to the appointment and risk the staff and practitioners - I have to be honest and say that feels unacceptable as a policy.
