“I have been seeing Sean for RMT, and Casey for physio for a couple of years now and always feel welcomed and comfortable with both of them and the staff at Optimal. Sean is great at listening to my concerns and adapting the massage accordingly. The communication is always easy and respectful. Both of them have also treated my teen daughter and have been nothing but amazing with her. Both treatments were explained to her well, and helped her to understand her needs.
