“I felt very optimistic about my physiotherapy! I think AJ knows the science but also gets me when I express what I am experiencing with my injuries. Today I chose the more aggressive therapy called ‘dry needling’. My legs seemed to feel remarkably better within hours! “I was able to find a last minute massage at the Garrison location due to a cancelation. I called in and the receptionist Taylor was so pleasant to deal with over the phone and later in person. RMT Haley was great as well, very thorough and the pressure was perfect. The massage room was nicely decorated with a chandelier and electric fireplace.
