Both times I was in need of significant physiotherapy once after a surgery and the other after an injury. Both times I was brought back to full recovery. “Very glad to be doing physio here for my IA W. Its working, I can feel my muscles loosening slowly. The kinisiologist used wax and tens or electrodes, (I forget what you call them), warm towels, massage and stretching, etc. The exercises sent home help a lot and are explained well with supervision in location and in video. I brought my son to ask about something he is going through because of my experience so far, and we are now looking forward to getting him healed up as well. Everyone is so nice and its a very comforting and comfortable environment. The team works together very well and Physiotherapists are very good.”

“I have never gone to physiotherapy before in my life and I was very nervous the first time I met Vrunda and her team. I have been going to her for a little while now and I can honestly tell you the entire staff is amazing. From the receptionist (who learns everyone’s name btw) to Vrunda. She really helped me understand what was wrong with me not just physically but emotionally. She also has a great sense of humour and contagious laugh. She is extremely skilled in her practice and honestly I do not think I would have been comfortable during these sessions if Vrunda was not there. Every week she helps me get better through physical therapy, breathing exercises, and listening. She is great and they are doing a great job. Thank you to all the women at this clinic you gals are amazing!!!”

“My experience was by far the BEST experience I have ever had! I have had physiotherapy many times before and never have I met such wonderful staff members looking after me. My husband came here before myself and he referred me to INTEGRATE PHYSIOTHERPY AND REHAB. He said he was actually sad when they released him-I feel the same way. Usually, I can’t wait to get better, so I won’t have to go anymore, but they make the experience so enjoyable from the receptions (Janki & Victoria) to the therapist ( Khushbu) and even the students that volunteer are exceptional. I would highly recommend this location on Taunton.🤍🤍🤍”

“I had a great overall experience at Integrate Physiotherapy and Rehab-Whitby with both Dr. Elijah Stevens (chiropractic) and Dewanshi Kondhia (physiotherapy). Both are highly professional, knowledgeable, and take the time to truly understand your condition. Dr. Elijah Stevens was thorough in assessing my ankle condition and explained everything clearly. He suggested practical treatment options, including orthotics and a rocker-style shoe. Following his advice, I started using a rocker shoe, and it has made a noticeable difference in my comfort and walking. I appreciated how patiently he answered all my questions and provided clear guidance on next steps. Dewanshi Kondhia was equally excellent in her approach to physiotherapy. She focused on identifying the root cause rather than just treating symptoms. She guided me through exercises to improve mobility and strength, and her approach is very personalized and practical. I’ve already started noticing improvement and feel more confident about my recovery. Overall, I highly recommend Integrate Physiotherapy and Rehab-Whitby for anyone looking for effective, well-rounded care for mobility and recovery.”
