“I just had an upper back, neck, and shoulder massage with Hailey, and she is amazing! She has very gentle yet firm hands and applied the perfect amount of pressure to relieve the pain and tension from my work. At the end of my appointment, she also took the time to show me a few exercises I can do at home to help manage my pain, which I really appreciated. This was my second massage with Hailey, and once again, it was an excellent experience. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring massage therapist!”

“Highly recommend Grey Method, Mississauga location. It's located in a quiet neighborhood plaza with ample parking. Nelly, who works reception, is always so friendly and greets you by name. She really makes the effort to make accommodations to book your appointments (which she has done for me several times). She even submits to insurance on your behalf. My RMT is Gerene and she's the best! She is very passionate about her work and is proactive in trying new methods to improve my treatment. After each appointment, Gerene gives me new tips and exercises to work on at home. I even referred my husband to Grey Method. He was seeing another RMT there, because of his work schedule. He was content with his massage therapist, but didn't find the massages that effective and was going to take a break from appointments. I really wanted him to give Gerene a try, and she was kind to adjust her schedule to accommodate him. He was very happy with the outcome and is now continuing to see her. There are many different services and specialites that Grey Method provides (Nelly is happy to give recommendations). I've seen Vanessa for physiotherapy as well. She's a great educator and gave me lots of recommendations and home care I can do myself. There's is also a loyalty program. You can use points earned from appointments, and redeem them for services. All around very happy with my experience at Grey Method!”

“I have seen both Naam and Vanessa for Physio. Both do a great job- very knowledgeable and professional. It is a very clean place. Has zen spa like music playing already putting you in a relaxing and de-stressing mood. I also love that they deal directly with insurance companies which helps during payment.
