“This place is absolutely phenomenal and better yet my physiotherapist Trevor is amazing. Firstly, building atmosphere is very well placed. Waiting room is nicely laid out and when checking in instructions are very clear. When walking into the building I feel like a pro athlete and it gives off that competitive energy to let me know that I am in the right place to get treatment. Everything is very clean and well managed so 5/5 for environment. Secondly, my physiotherapist Trevor! He is very knowledgeable and thorough when he is treating me. I am a competitive runner and have injuries in my knee, quad and ankle. Trevor makes me aware of what treatment and techniques he is using, explaining everything to detail before treating me. Whenever I have an appointment I enjoy coming to our sessions as it feels like our relationship is like a brotherhood bond. Thus a 5/5 rating for customer experience. “I can’t say enough good things about Alida at Great North Physiotherapy, located in the House of Greatness at 250 Martindale Road in St. Catharines. I was experiencing significant pain running from my knee up through my glute area. I was limping, hobbling around, and simple things like climbing stairs or getting in and out of the car had become a real challenge. After just one session with Alida, the results were incredible. That very same day, I noticed a major improvement. I was walking much better, moving more comfortably, and able to carry out my daily responsibilities with little to no pain. Alida was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly understood what was causing the issue. The relief I experienced so quickly exceeded my expectations. The treatment room was also very nicely designed, clean, and bright, which made the experience even more comfortable.
