Had an excellent virtual meet and greet to get a feel for what the Doctor was able to offer in terms of care on my healing journey. Would highly recommend her to others.

Dr Pander is patient and kind. She takes the time to listen and makes reasonable recommendations without expecting perfection. She simplifies the treatment plan in easy to understand terms.mentions Dr. Nicole Pander →

I really love + appreciate this place! all the staff are very friendly and welcoming and Dr. Pander is really amazing. I am so so glad I started coming here as these folks are genuinely the first people to take my health issues seriously and take such a well rounded and holistic approach.

Very disappointing experience. After paying nearly $300 for a consultation, my mother was waiting outside with my daughter in her stroller when a staff member approached her in a very uncomfortable and suspicious way, making her feel as if she was doing something wrong simply for standing there. Later, when I contacted the clinic to understand what happened, the explanations given did not match what actually occurred, which only made the situation feel even more dismissive and upsetting. Regardless of the intention, no client should leave a wellness space feeling judged, uncomfortable or treated with suspicion. Professional skills inside the consultation room are not enough if people are not treated with basic respect and humanity outside of it. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this place to others.

Fortify is an excellent place to enjoy a smoothie or a healthy meal. The soup is consistently delicious and homemade. Dr. Nicole is a very thorough naturopath she’s kind, attentive, and takes the time to truly listen to all of your concerns. You never feel rushed, and she makes sure you feel supported every step of the way.

DO NOT BOOK. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this place. It’s all gimmick and absolutely no professionalism or expertise. I went in hoping to address migraines caused by dehydration. I’ve had IV therapy before, so I figured this would be a straightforward experience. Instead, it was a mess from the start. They are completely non-transparent about fees and will book you into consults and treatments without clearly explaining what you’re agreeing to. There is also nothing online you can research beforehand. Their website is extremely vague and provides no clear information on pricing or even the types of treatments offered. When I asked directly about pricing or treatment details, they either claimed they couldn’t find the information or refused to show it altogether, blaming “Health Canada restrictions,” which felt like nothing more than a deflection. Things only got worse from there. The naturopath assigned to me, Nicole Pander, was late to my virtual consult, after staff had already called five minutes before my appointment to push it back another 20 minutes. In total, I waited about 45 minutes. When she finally joined, she had a grin on her face even as I pointed out how delayed the appointment was. There was zero accountability. The consult itself was just a repeat of the intake questions I had already completed online, with no meaningful insight or professional guidance. This consult cost $93, which is a joke considering the delay and the lack of actual care or expertise provided. Despite that, I proceeded with the IV, specifically requesting extra saline to address my dehydration. The IV itself cost $230, and they also charge an additional administration fee on top of that, none of which is clearly disclosed upfront. I also asked whether I might feel worse before feeling better. Nicole Pander assured me I would feel better immediately. The opposite happened, my headaches worsened. I was already hydrating properly, drinking 1.5 to 2 litres of water before and after the treatment. Meanwhile, the IV suite itself was another disappointment. Staff were in a nearby room having loud, disruptive conversations, making the environment feel anything but professional or calming. When I called the clinic, I spoke with Jesse, who cut me off mid-explanation and dismissively told me to drink water, with a noticeably rude tone. After I clarified that I already had, she said Dr. Nicole would call me back. Four days passed with no follow-up. When I called again, Jesse launched into another rude explanation about how the message had been passed along to someone who was supposed to pass it to Nicole. At that point, I informed her I was cancelling my scheduled follow-up due to the complete lack of professionalism. Her tone immediately shifted, any remaining courtesy disappeared, and she abruptly hung up on me. This entire experience was disorganized, dismissive, and unprofessional from start to finish

I popped in for soup one day and they had broth available (because the soup has sold out), Although the broth was absolutely delicious. They included some ginger and some garlic. I coupled it with a couple pieces of their sourdough bread and it completed the meal. It encouraged me to poke my head in and see what kind of soup they were making this morning and I learned it was a Mexican vegetable soup so I had to return and to my delight the eruption of flavours with the added cilantro and feta, and the beautiful homemade tomato base was a reason to come back and try more soups and other items. I want to add also that the service was kind, friendly and pleasant. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of product that they provide and I will be coming back to try it other soups.

I walked in and it’s lovely. It’s a neat cafe. They have healthy foods. I need to rad more since I eat mostly clean. However when dining out I don’t keep that going

The staff were friendly. The smoothies were great. I would give it 5/5, but we spent 21 bucks on 2 smoothies. I mean I guess it is not bad considering the good stuff from it. The place is clean and calming, I just wish they will add more products down the road as the selection of products is small. It is mostly wellness treatment place rather than store or small cafe-like place, so understandable. I would go here whenever I feel my body needs a boost in healthy stuff 😁.
