“Shawn is by far my top choice for massage therapy. I have had over 150 massages from 25+ RMT's, it took me years to find Shawn and now that I have I cant imagine going anywhere else. He has gone above and beyond in every visit, I feel like he actually cares about my wellbeing and not just the $$$ (which has always been reasonable and worked with my benefits). He also identified my consistent issue areas and showed me tailored stretches and techniques to relieve my own pain and stiffness. This isn't just a service, its a lifestyle change and I cant thank him enough! “We visited Family Life Psychology and Wellness this past week for a complete assessment for a loved one. We were welcomed into a clean, calming and professional workplace. The receptionist was kind and accommodating, answering our many questions. We received a professional assessment from Harmony on the initial visit, and the follow-up debrief was delivered within a week. She was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Harmony delivered a very thorough evaluation, breaking each section into easily understandable portions. “Communication with front desk staff and with Harmony Nimchuk were well above my expectations. The office space is open, beautifully decorated and welcoming. Assessment results were very well communicated by Harmony and were delivered in a timely manner. We really enjoyed hearing about some of the adaptations we can utilize at home to make life more manageable for our son when there is a need for it. “Highly recommend this office. I see Melissa Cayen. She is a wonderful psychologist / therapist! Every visit has been a great experience. She has gone above and beyond for me and it's so evident that she cares. It's not just a transactional therapy session. It's a one on one dialog with someone who wants you to be the happiest, best version of yourself. I travel 30+ minutes just to see her. “I saw Shawn the Massage Therapist, and it was perfect! I deal with chronic pain and a sprained rib, and also have trouble laying on my stomach. Shawn accommodated me as much as he could, so I was comfortable for the session. He was able to target all of my problematic areas, without me having to say much! Left feeling relaxed, and refreshed. If you deal with chronic pain, and need someone who will work with you and keep you comfortable throughout, Shawn is your guy! Will definitely be back!
