Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient or individuals on our waitlist. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Late Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to 50% of the total cost of your appointment.
No-Shows (no communication received by the clinic via email, text, or phone call prior to your appointment) are subject to the full cost of your appointment.
These fees will be charged to your credit card on file and cannot be billed to insurance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

“The inside is very clean when you enter and they have a nice gym and comfy massage tables. I have gotten treatment with Amal and Emily; they were both very skilled and helped with the pain in my back and knee. “I first met Sheldon Tan at another clinic, and when he moved to Evolve, I started seeing him there because it’s much closer for me. I’m really glad I did. Sheldon is professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to understand what’s bothering me before each treatment. His treatments are effective, and I always leave feeling better than when I came in. If you’re looking for an RMT who genuinely cares about your recovery and provides excellent care, I highly recommend Sheldon. “I had a great experience with this massage therapy session. I went in with a lot of back pain and tightness, and I felt so much better afterward. The therapist Joey was friendly, professional, and really listened to where I was feeling discomfort. He worked on the problem areas and helped relieve the tension in my back right away. I noticed a big difference after just one session—less pain, better movement, and overall much more relaxed. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming too.
