“I've had a great experience with Emkiro. Having multiple services in one place is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access coordinated care under one roof. I've worked with Dr. Dave Sawh, Tasneem Patla (Physiotherapist), Ben Lee (Chiropodist), and RMTs Tomomi Nozawa and Chris, and have found everyone to be professional, knowledgeable, and caring. A special mention to Tasneem, who took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and develop a treatment plan that has already resulted in noticeable improvement. The reception team is friendly and helpful, communication is excellent, and booking appointments is easy. There is also great collaboration between providers, making for a seamless experience. Highly recommend Emkiro and their team.”Read moreShow less

“My experience here has been amazing with everyone I’ve worked with. They are very knowledgeable and super helpful with every treatment and exercises they provide. I’ve also bought custom orthotics , compression stockings, and tens machine here. They’re great quality and I constantly use them. Would definitely recommend. Front desk is super nice and helpful as well.”Read moreShow less

“Tasneem (Physio) is fantastic!! I would recommend anyone looking for a physio to book with her. She treated my horrible runners knee, and had me up and running for my half marathon within three weeks! Front desk team is also lovely!”

“I had a great experience with Dr. Alessandro Petitti at Emriko. As a dedicated amateur endurance athlete and marathon runner, I've been to a number of sports doctors over the years, but I avoided chiropractic because the idea of spinal adjustments was a bit scary to me. But when I developed a persistent cracking in my neck, I decided it was time to seek out a chiropractor. Dr. Alessandro is not only an incredibly skilled practitioner, but always maintained a high degree of professionalism at every visit. He was empathetic to my hesitations about chiropractic and took a consultative approach to ensure I was comfortable with his recommended treatments. At every visit, he took the time to discuss the status of my neck issue with me, explain the techniques he was going to use (including adjustments, acupuncture and muscle release) and explain what to expect before any spinal adjustments to ensure I was on prepared and on board, which really diffused my anxiety. I honestly wasn’t sure if this cracking in my neck was something I would just have to live with, but thanks to Dr. Alessandro, it's gone! I would highly recommend Dr. Alessandro Petitti, and will definitely be coming back should I need chiropractic care in the future.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve struggled with knee issues for quite some time, and working with Dhvani Patel has honestly changed my experience with physiotherapy. She’s one of the few professionals who has truly helped me understand and improve my condition. Dhvani has an incredible ability to quickly identify what’s going on and tailor treatment in a way that actually works. On top of that, she’s so kind, approachable, and makes every session comfortable and encouraging. I’m genuinely grateful for her care and would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with injuries or looking for a physiotherapist who truly listens and delivers results.”Read moreShow less

“I came here in terrible pain just a couple of weeks ago. Out of nowhere, I had developed plantar fasciitis. Not only was every step painful, I could no longer have a good night's sleep due to the pain at night. I came in to Emkiro and saw Ben, who recommended shockwave therapy. In a number of days, the pain had subsided and was sleeping again (thank goodness!). He also showed me how to take care of my foot to ensure proper healing. Highly recommend coming here!”Read moreShow less

“Emkiro is great! My family doctor is there and I've been there for physio twice: once for my foot and again more recently for my shoulder. Both times, Tasneem did an amazing job getting me rehabilitated and moving again. It's a very convienent downtown location as well. All the staff there are very friendly and professional.”Read moreShow less

“Tas is excellent. I came to Tas with a very sore back. Tas brought immediate relief in my first session and assigned some exercises. We had three follow-up sessions. After the four sessions my issue was 100% resolved. On top of that Tas is very pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I have now engaged Tas for non-acute issues. Tas is a true expert.”Read moreShow less
